Windows Mobile, like Vista, is undergoing a development recession.  When Microsoft acquired Danger, their motives were diverted and Windows Mobile progress was put off.  Now, after Steve Ballmer admits he’s losing in the Smartphone market, Windows Mobile 7 is back on track with a “new team” pushing for WM7′s release by late Spring 2010.
