What’s New in WM7?
Windows Mobile, like Vista, is undergoing a development recession. When Microsoft acquired Danger, their motives were diverted and Windows Mobile progress was put off. Now, after Steve Ballmer admits he’s losing in the Smartphone market, Windows Mobile 7 is back on track with a “new team” pushing for WM7′s release by late Spring 2010.
What is exactly new with Windows Mobile 7 you might ask?
The new Windows Mobile 7 is built from Windows CE 6. New technologies with Windows Mobile 7 include a sensor platform, Silverlight (revolutionary), multi-touch (finally), and a rich media framework, and low battery consumption.
